We are a team of executive level finance, technology, operations and business development professionals that work together to provide advice and support to you and your team.  We have been C-level executives at the type of company or organization you are running, raised capital for firms like yours, and know well the challenges of deciding when to expand to new markets or how to build the team.  We have managed startups and turnarounds, building the process, policies and systems that are the foundation for scaling operations–up or down.

It is this experience, and the observation that many ED’s, CEO’s and teams are forced to wait too long to add technology, operations and financial management bandwidth, that got us in the business of offering “part-of-a” CFO, CIO or COO expertise. Our role is to make senior level “lessons learned” and deep knowledge of going to market, execution of an operating plan and senior financial management affordable and sustainable in the between stages.

We are CPA’s, MBA’s, pretty good cooks, better coaches, clever–on occasion witty and charming–and downright entertaining when given the opening.

We are not project consultants.  Our focus is to provide day-to-day technology, operational, financial management and European market expansion support for developing and moving your plan forward.  There are some fine firms out there that we would be pleased to recommend for point solutions and specific scope projects.

Adrian Loring Advisors is founder owned and managed.  All staff contribute directly to the reputation and participate directly in the firm’s success–everyone in the firm is a stakeholder.
